Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TinyWords ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TinyWords is an educational vocabulary app designed for young children. The App offers both free and premium content. Free categories are available at no cost. Premium categories require an active subscription or one-time purchase.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

TinyWords offers the following purchase options to unlock premium content (the "LittleExpert" upgrade):

• Monthly Subscription ($0.99/month): Auto-renewing subscription billed monthly to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Lifetime Unlock ($4.99): One-time, non-recurring purchase that permanently unlocks all premium content.

Auto-Renewal Terms (Monthly Subscription):

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play Store).

This agreement supplements Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

4. License

Lawton Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, code, and content, is the property of Lawton Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lawton Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Children

TinyWords is designed to be safe and appropriate for users of all ages, including children under 13. The App does not collect any personal information and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.
